Callable ``schema``
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

``schema`` can now be a callable. This allows for :ref:`specifying choices dynamically <Dynamic choices>`, 
among other things.

Minor changes
^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Improvements to the widget's CSS:

 - Fixed: the remove button overlapped the input field on mobile.
 - Fixed: ``select`` input wasn't the same width as other inputs.
